Wrong Size Ordered Replacement Program Fee

If we make an error, including sending the wrong size or a damaged product, we'll replace your ring, covering all costs, including shipping. Please notify us within 7 days with a photo of the ring on sizing stick to begin the replacement procedure.

If you ordered the wrong size, we get it, mistakes happen! If you ordered the wrong ring size, we can remake your ring for a small fee.

No need to send back your ring, just place an order on this page with the correct size selected and typing in your original order number and we will do the rest <3 If you do not know your original order number, email ana@ringsforchamps.com

Errors happen. For plated rings, contact us within 7 days and we will replace the ring for a fee of $39.99 ($59.99 personalized) with discount CHRISTMAS24

Personalized/Yes: If you ordered a personalized ring originally but select "Non-Personalized" we will remake the ring in it's original size but non-personalized.

Personalized/No: Only applies if your original order was personalized. No exceptions will be made, if you want a personalized ring, please please a new order.

We urge you to visit a professional jeweler to ensure accurate ring sizing before placing an order.  All rings are made at the time of the order so refunds and exchanges are not accepted.
