Wrong Size Ordered Replacement Program Fee

Wrong Size Replacement service fee. This page is for eligible prior Game Day Rings customers who ordered the wrong ring size. It is not a standalone retail product.

If we made an error, such as sending the wrong size or a damaged product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos so we can review the issue. When the error is ours, an approved replacement is handled according to our customer-service policy.

If you ordered the wrong size, this service allows an eligible ring to be remade for the fee displayed on this page. Submit your original order number and select the correct size. If you do not know your original order number, contact ana@gamedayrings.com.

Personalization: If the original ring was personalized, select the applicable personalization option when requesting the remake.

Because rings are made to order by size, standard refunds and exchanges are not offered for customer sizing errors. We recommend confirming your size with a professional jeweler before ordering.

Important: Solid sterling silver rings are not eligible for this replacement/remake program. Eligibility is subject to verification of the original order.
