How the upgrade works

For eligible premium rings, the amount paid for the plated ring—after discounts—can be applied as credit toward the solid sterling silver version of the same design.

The replacement must match the original ring's design and is subject to current availability. The remaining balance depends on the current sterling silver price and the credit from the original order.

Upgrade requests must be made within one year of the original purchase date.
