Game Day Rings offers support options for eligible made-to-order rings. Review the information below before purchasing a service.

Protect plated rings

Plating naturally wears over time. To extend the finish, keep plated rings away from water, chemicals, lotions, and abrasive surfaces. Remove the ring before washing your hands, swimming, showering, exercising, or doing manual work.

If Game Day Rings sent the wrong or damaged ring

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at ana@gamedayrings.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the ring and packaging. For a sizing issue, include a photo of the ring on a sizing mandrel or sizing stick.

When the error is ours, we will arrange a replacement and cover the replacement shipping costs.

If the wrong size was selected

Because rings are made to order, standard returns and exchanges are not available. Eligible plated rings may be remade through our wrong-size replacement program. The service fee is $69.99, or $89.99 for a personalized ring, plus the cost of shipping the ring to our Texas facility.

Eligible plated rings can be submitted for replating in the same size, style, metal, and design as the original order. The service fee is $69.99, or $89.99 for a personalized ring, plus the cost of shipping the ring to our Texas facility.

Eligible customers can apply the amount paid for a plated ring—after discounts—as credit toward the solid sterling silver version of the same design. Eligibility and final pricing depend on the original order and current product availability.
