One more free Dodgers championship ring is coming to Los Angeles
If you missed the earlier Dodgers ring giveaways this season, there is still another chance to walk into Dodger Stadium with a game ticket and leave with a championship-ring collectible.
The Dodgers’ official 2026 promotions calendar lists a 2025 World Series Kershaw Ring for Tuesday, Sept. 22, when Los Angeles hosts the San Diego Padres. First pitch is scheduled for 7:10 p.m. PT.
The giveaway is part of the team’s stadium-wide promotional schedule and is presented by Kinoshita. Under the Dodgers’ published giveaway rules, standard stadium-wide items are generally limited to 40,000 units unless otherwise noted, with one item available per person with a valid ticket while supplies last at the guest’s point of entry.
In other words: buying a ticket gets you into the game, but it does not guarantee the ring. Once the allotted supply has been distributed, the giveaway is over.
You do not need a special ticket package for the Kershaw ring
This is an important distinction because the Dodgers run two different kinds of promotional nights.
Some events are listed as Special Event Ticket Packages. Those promotions require the correct special-event ticket to receive the associated item. The Clayton Kershaw ring, however, appears in the Dodgers’ Stadium Wide Giveaways section.
That means there is no separate Kershaw-ring ticket package to buy. A valid ticket to the Sept. 22 Dodgers-Padres game makes you eligible for the stadium-wide giveaway, subject to availability.
For collectors, that makes this one of the simplest ring nights on the schedule: get a ticket, get to the stadium, enter while inventory remains, and receive the giveaway item at the gate.
Why a Clayton Kershaw World Series ring makes sense as the final ring night
Kershaw’s connection to the Dodgers’ 2025 championship carries more emotion than an ordinary player-themed promotion.
His only appearance in the 2025 World Series came in the marathon Game 3 victory, when he entered in the 12th inning with the bases loaded and helped Los Angeles escape the jam. The Dodgers eventually won 6–5 in 18 innings on Freddie Freeman’s walk-off home run.
That appearance became Kershaw’s final time on a Major League mound, adding another layer to a career already inseparable from modern Dodgers history.
The Sept. 22 giveaway therefore works on two levels. It commemorates the Dodgers’ 2025 World Series championship, but it also gives fans a Kershaw-specific collectible tied to the closing chapter of one of the franchise’s defining careers.
How early should you arrive?
The Dodgers do not promise a giveaway item to every ticket holder. Their official language is straightforward: promotional items are available while supplies last at the guest’s point of entry.
With a 40,000-unit giveaway, there will be a substantial number of rings distributed, but Kershaw memorabilia and championship collectibles are exactly the kind of items that can create heavier-than-normal early-arrival traffic.
If getting the ring is a major reason you are attending, arriving well before first pitch is the safer strategy. Do not plan around walking through the gates at 7:05 p.m. and assuming inventory will still be available.
Also remember that the giveaway is limited to one item per person per valid ticket upon entry. Having multiple unused tickets does not necessarily mean one person can collect multiple items at the same gate.
Is this the last free ring giveaway in Los Angeles this month?
Based on the Dodgers’ official September promotions calendar, this is the last Dodgers replica-ring giveaway currently listed for September. The team held a Shohei Ohtani World Series ring giveaway earlier in the month on Sept. 2, while later September promotions include non-ring items and special-event nights.
A search of other major Los Angeles sports promotional schedules also did not surface another stadium-wide free replica championship-ring giveaway later this month. So, as of now, the Sept. 22 Kershaw night appears to be the only remaining free ring giveaway in Los Angeles in September.
Promotional calendars can change, so collectors making plans should still confirm the Dodgers’ official promotions page before heading to the stadium.
Why stadium giveaway rings have become such a big collector item
Championship-ring giveaways hit a sweet spot that bobbleheads and shirts do not always reach. They are tied directly to a title, they photograph well, and they are easy to display next to tickets, programs and other championship memorabilia.
They also create a very specific memory. The item is not simply something purchased online after the season. For the fans who receive one, it is connected to the night they were at Dodger Stadium, the opponent on the field and the atmosphere around a championship celebration.
That is especially true with a player-specific piece like Kershaw’s. Years from now, collectors will not have to explain why the name matters.
Can’t make it to Dodger Stadium on Sept. 22?
The official stadium giveaway is only available through the Dodgers’ Sept. 22 promotion while supplies last. Game Day Rings is not involved with that giveaway and does not distribute the stadium item.
If you cannot attend but still want a 2025 Dodgers championship ring for your collection, GameDayRings.com carries its own fan-focused championship ring designs. Those products are separate from the Dodgers’ Kershaw stadium giveaway and are not presented as the official promotional item.
